Aluminium is mainly applied in frame structure,profile accounts for about 70%, plate accounts for about 27%, castings and forgings accounts for about 3% of the total.
The classic alloy is 5083, 5A06, 6082, 7020, 7N01, ect. You can choose different aluminium series according to different component, application and part respectively, such as 5000 series (5005, 5002, 5083, ect), 6000 series (6061, 6N01, 6005A, 6082, 6063, ect), 7000 series (7N01, 7003, 7005, ect).
